HI AND HELLO

I'm Periwinkle, it's nice to meet you.

I am a 20-year-old artist and writer from Traverse City, Michigan focusing on researching, exploring, and creating work on sexual health and body image. I began her work in sexuality five years ago with my artwork, which depicts abstract and colourful nude forms to advocate the admiration of bodies. However, after life-changing experiences with my own sexuality and those around me, I expanded my mission to include the vastness of human sexuality and the promotion of sexual health education. Alongside my artwork, I also write essays on sexuality, education, fitness, psychology, and the importance of critical thinking. My writing has also been featured multiple times in the What the F magazine and my art shown at the Higher Art Gallery in Traverse City.
